WANNA PLAY DEAD?

Open A to Z casting call seeking actors and zombies for an original play about a theater besieged by the living dead.
The play is Wait for the Blackout, written and directed by Max Mania, and it will be this year’s Halloween production at the historic Majestic Theater in downtown Corvallis.
There are six main speaking parts, as well as an equal number of smaller, supporting roles. Most of the parts are not age or gender specific, so all are encouraged to audition. There are also two more specific roles to cast: One is a child, between the ages of seven and ten; the other is a young woman between the ages of fifteen and twenty one. The show will also need a number of zombies in non-speaking support roles.
As may be expected, this show will contain blood and some violence. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Auditions will be held at the Majestic on August 10th and 11th at 7:00pm. Callbacks will be on August 12th at 7:00pm. Anyone and everyone with an interest in this show is encouraged to audition.
