Stage
rental
dates
are
often
booked
up
to a
year
in
advance. |
Agreements,
deposits
and
payments
Stage
Rentals:
At
or
within
one
year
of
the
date
a
signed
agreement
and
deposit
are
required
or
you
risk
losing
the
date
to
another
party.
A
deposit
of
$150
is
required.
Agreements
must
be
signed
by
an
authorized
representative
of
the
party
paying
the
bill
and
taking
liability
for
damages,
etc.
Payment
is
due
within
30
days
after
the
event. |
Cancellations
Stage
Rentals:
Cancellations
within
six
to
twelve
months
of
contracted
date
will
require
50%
of
the
rental
fee
be
paid.
Cancellations
within
six
month
of
the
contracted
date
will
require
the
full
rental
fee
to
be
paid.
Failure
to
pay
will
result
in
loss
of
ability
to
rent
schedule
events
at
the
Majestic
in
the
future.
Credit
will
be
given
toward
the
required
fee
in
proportion
to
the
amount
of
fees
paid
by
any
party
that
might
replace
the
original
party
for
the
contracted
dates.
In
such
case,
a
refund
will
be
given
after
the
dates. |
Renter's
responsibilities
Renters
are
responsible
for
their
own
publicity,
ticket
distribution,
lighting
and
sound
staff,
stage
manager,
programs,
and
box
office
staff.
Majestic
technical
staff
help
is
available
on
an
hourly
rate.
Lighting
and
Sound
volunteers
must
be
trained/approved
by
our
staff
in
advance
of
the
event
date.
As
per
the
rental
rate
schedule
the
Front
of
House
Manager
and
ushers
are
provided
by
Majestic
Theatre
Management.
The
Majestic
will
also
supply
the
food
concessions
and
volunteers. |
Production
assistance
Majestic
Theatre
Management
has
resources
available
to
help
renters
produce
their
events.
